The MIRUM Group was one of the participants in the conference sponsored by RBC: «The End of the Business Season: Results and Projections». At the session «Real Estate Investment in Russia and Abroad», Timur Beteev, the Financial Director of the MIRUM Group, presented the company's Tsifliki project, which is currently under construction on Crete. MIRUM has utilized the newest engineering solutions in the construction of the Tsifliki complex. These engineering innovations are being used on Crete for the first time. They are ensuring that the villas will not only be comfortable to live in, but also extremely energy efficient.
«With the use of these newest systems, the costs of maintaining a 400 sq. m. home actually equal to that of the utilities costs of maintaining a 100 sq. m. apartment,» - reports Timur Beteev.
